2017- The FEDS won the Howell district event and competed in the Centerline District event. They also won the Gracious Professionalism award at both district events. They were able to go on to the state events at Saginaw Valley State University where they were finalists in the DTE division. They participated in the FRC World Championships in St. Louis, MO, where they played in the Daly Division. 

2016- The FEDS were semi-finalists at the Waterford District event and quarter-finalists at the Howell District event. They also won the Industrial Safety Award sponsored by Underwriter Laboratories and the Innovation in Control Award sponsored by Rockwell Automation at the Howell event.

2015- The FEDS were quarter-finalist at the Woodhaven District event and quarter-finalists at the Centerline event. They also won the Industrial Safety Award sponsored by Underwriter Laboratories at the Woodhaven District event. They participated in the FRC World Championships in St. Louis, MO, where they played their way into the quarter finals in the Archimedes Division.   

2014- The FEDS were semi-finalists in the Southfield District event, quarter-finalists at the Howell District event, and quarter-finalists at the Queen City Regional event. They also won the Industrial Safety Award sponsored by Underwriter Laboratories at the Southfield District event. 

2013- The FEDS were quarter-finalists in the Detroit District event, and semi-finalists at the Traverse City District event.

2012- The FEDS were quarter-finalists at the Traverse City District event, and semi-finalists in Detroit, which qualified them for the state championship. 

2011- The FEDS were champions of the Traverse City District event, semi-finalists in Detroit, and quarter-finalists at the Michigan State Championship.

2010- The FEDS were quarter-finalists at the Kettering District event, finalists in Detroit, quarter-finalists at the Michigan State Championship, and Archimedes Division finalists.

2009- The FEDS were semi-finalists at the Traverse City District event, semi-finalists in Detroit, semi-finalists at the Michigan State Championship, and quarter-finalists in the Archimedes Division in Atlanta, Georgia.

2008- The FEDS made it to the elimination rounds at the Boilermaker Regional in Ohio, the Great Lakes Regional, and the Archimedes Division at Nationals in Atlanta.

2007- Was a learning year for the FEDS and helped the team to hone their strategy and engineering skills.

2006- The FEDS placed 10th in the seeding matches at the West Michigan Regional. At the Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia, the FEDS won the Galileo Division, earning their first trip to the Einstein Championship field. The FEDS played extremely well and came out tied for 3rd in the world.

2005- The FEDS were picked as a back-up robot for elimination rounds at the Great Lakes Regional, West Michigan Regional, and the National Championships.

2004- Brought on changes within Team 201. The majority of the season was spent mastering a new drive train for the FEDS: swerve drive.

2003- FIRST season was another successful one for the FEDS. After close matches at the Great Lakes and the Midwest Regionals, they traveled to Houston, Texas for the National Championships. Team 201 won the #2 seed and the Division Finalist title in the Archimedes Division. They went on to tie for 5th place in the country.

2002- Was an exciting OCCRA (Oakland County Competitive Robotics Association) County Competitive Robotics Association) season for the FEDS. Team 201 took the 1st place trophy in the Royal Oak competition and were given OCCRA’s highest award: the Foundation Award. This award is given for exceptional team organization and for being one of the best overall teams in the country. 2002- the FEDS won the Buckeye Regional, qualifying them for Nationals. Team 201 went on to take 3rd at the Midwest Michigan Regional, earn a National Einstein Division Finalist Award, and win 5th place at the National Championship at Epcot Center.

2001- Brought yet another change to the FIRST game, and gave the FEDS opportunities to learn new strategies.

2000- The FEDS won the #1 seed and the Regional Championship with an undefeated performance at the Great Lakes Regional. Team 201 went on to place 9th overall at the National Competition. On top of that, the talented FEDS animation team also received a Compelling Creativity award for their exciting and original entry. In the fall, the FEDS hosted the first-ever OCCRA (Oakland County Competitive Robotics Association) tournament. Team 201 placed 2nd at all three of the regional competitions and took 2nd place in the 2000 OCCRA finals. The FEDS also won numerous judge’s awards throughout the season.

1999- Brought changes to the FIRST game and proved to be an adjustment year for the FEDS.

1998- The FEDS inaugural season, they were a surprise at the FIRST Great Lakes Regional. Known as the “Featherweight in the Finals”, they did well in the finals and went to Nationals. FIRST team 201 has given hundreds of high school students the opportunity to work side-by-side with professional mentors, both on-season and off. Throughout the rigorous FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) build season, students become leaders while being educated in engineering, teamwork, and public relations.
